*NOTE: Additional add-on charges, of $20 and higher, may apply if your pet requires extra grooming time due to:

- Behavior problems

- Extremely matted hair

- Extremely dirty (such as outdoor dogs)

- Excessive undercoat and heavily coated dogs requiring much additional brushing

- Tick/Flea Infested

A fee of $30.00 will be charged for insufficient returned checks.
